Stuff and such things as this. Or "I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some, people out there in our nation don't have maps and, uh, I believe that our, uh, education like such as, uh, South Africa and, uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and, I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., uh, or, uh, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future, for our [children]."

I just really like that quote a lot. It says something, you know. I'm not sure what, but it really speaks to me.

Anyway, I sat down at my computer the other night after having left it unlocked for a good span of time (never, EVER good) to find this gem.

Go ahead and click on it. Miles was obvious curious to see just what kind of powers google has. Notice the response and suggestions.

I love that you made that your blog post title.

Such as, uh, I also too love how Easter means candy and egg hunts and getting the fanciest new clothes for your kids at church. It always reminds me of Christ's resurrection when I stuff my face with Cadbury Mini Eggs.

Ok, explain it to me. I don't get the title. Did I miss something?

Alyssa,

That quote (from "I personally believe..." onward) is the answer a Miss Teen USA contestant gave to the question, "Why can't 1/5 of all Americans find the United States on a map?"

She was mocked for weeks afterward, as she should have been.
You can watch it on YouTube -- it'll make you feel like a rocket scientist:)

My favorite part is either the use of the phrase "the Iraq" or "everywhere like such as".

They should have just asked her to find the U.S. on a map.

Did you guys move from up north? Did I miss that? 'Cause Walt and Lynsi are certainly down south. :) That's cool if you are in the same ward!
