Here's the recipe, people!
1 C. Mayo
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 C. buttermilk
2 cloves garlic
1 cup cilantro
3 tomatillos
Place in blender. Puree. Eat. Stop. Unbuckle pants. Eat some more. (putting on top of salad helps, but is not necessary:)
ps I like to add half of an avocado. It helps to thicken and it adds a yummy flavor.

Okay, so we just went to Cafe Rio for lunch and Chris and I were talking about how we wanted the recipe for the dressing, because really that's the secret. You can buy everything else. Now we have it!! I'm pumped. Oh, and your house is so cute. We're getting so anxious to move down to Texas. Wymount is lovely, but the cinderblock walls get old.

Get me a straw! I also have great recipes for drinkable homemade ranch and a balsamic vinaigrette.
Ok - I live in Iowa where we grow and eat corn. I had to look up tomatilla on the web :-) I assume us midwesterners can buy these in a can? Can't wait to try it.
