As it turns out weight loss is really all about math.
I need to just shut up and get on board with that.
I like math, and it's delicious. I don't like weight loss so much. I may need more insight. Please provide.
I'm having that same problem. I would think that if I run 6 miles one day I can eat what I want for the rest of the week... right?
