The Easter bunny is my nemesis.

This is a package of my favorite Easter candy (excepting Cadbury Creme Eggs, naturally). I purchased it yesterday.

Have you noticed that it's empty?

Yeah, that's right. 30 hours later the bag is empty.

However, in my defense...

yeah. I got nothing.

That pack of Chicks and Rabbits was TASTY! Mmmmmmm hmmmmmm.

This is the new residence of those Chicks and Rabbits.

In other news, Miles had a little easter egg hunt at preschool this morning. I foolishly let him carry his 12 eggs into the house and I ran to check my email quick-like.

And this is what I returned to.

And just for kicks, here's Sophia looking crazy adorable.P1040752 P1040753

That is all. Go about your day.

Just when I think Sophie can't be any cuter, you post pictures like these. You guys are in BIG trouble when she becomes interested in boys.

My mom sent a box of Sarris candy to my house. I can't keep out of it!

Love the candy carnage. Now you need one of Miles in a sugar induced coma. What exactly are those Chicks n' Bunnies? Are they like sweetarts or like circus peanuts. In either case, they don't appear to be in the chocolate family. What gives?

I'm actually on your side with the circus peanuts Anna. I downed a bag of those myself a couple weeks ago. I just wish it went more to my belly and less to my face (since it HAS to go somewhere)!

People actually eat circus peanuts? I bet you like Peeps, too. Gag.

Ahhh, the joy of Easter and Halloween...

P.S. It's not fair to show a BABY IN YOUR BELLY and call it circus peanuts. Now, if you can show me that lump in your rear, then I'll be impressed. Here's the cold hard facts: you're still HOT!

Now get to Walmart for MORE MORE MORE!

Deb, it's a scientific fact that the baby in my belly is only about the size of an eggplant (at largest). She only weighs 1 lb. And it's also a scientific fact that I've eaten at least five pounds of easter candy (so far).

In my experience, 5-to-1 sounds like about the right ratio of candy-to-kids
