I saw this "tag" game on one of my BYU friends and thought it sounded like fun.

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

ok so funniest was when i got a bag back of things i left over at the rawlins and i found SOMETHING in that bag that did not belong to me and I explained it to you and kathleen....I was laughing when you fessed up that indeed it belonged to you.
So anyone else reading this may not think that is funny or understand... that is becuase I left those details out but hopefully you remember and you are laughing too!! haha
gotta love it!

It had to of been a Friday night because those were the nights I would crash on your couch for my weekly "watch a movie with Scott night". We were all piled into the living room and there was this strong STRAWBERRY aroma filtering though. I thought maybe your mom had just baked some strawberry shortcake or something, but then we learned that no, it wasn't that. It was that you had just dyed your hair with KOOL AID!

One of the first memories of you was during a VT interview. I thought you were so cool. I was newly married...and had no clue about life as a wife...and you had just had your first baby. I remember thinking that you looked so "HOT" for just having a baby. You had these cool black boots on. I do remember you gave one awesome talk during sacrament mtg too! And then Ev and I felt very honored to be invited to a little potluck you headed up. Very fun!

Pretty much anything involving "the nook".

Jen, how could I forget that one? I think the only reason I fessed up was because I was about 35 months pregnant and nothing was remotely embarrassing anymore. But now it is. I'm blushing as I type. As I recall you were quite detailed about how they were all yellow and had stretched out and had holes. And then I was like, "Um, yeah, those were mine." Awesome.
Oh and leave it to Christy to bring up my kool-aid pink hair! I should have known better than to play this game with people who knew me back then!!

Anna was our live in nanny for the summer of '97. SoCal livin' at 15. Were you cool or what? Anyway, I had a somewhat frantic phone conversation with Anna one day that went something like this... "Um, everything is OK, the fire department and the police just left." Good times.

Okay, since you provided much more detailed memories, I feel like I have to add another one. I don't really remember the first time I met you because it seems like I've just always known you. But I remember loving your black pumps...those were hot. And I love the memory of our Halloween party at Barb's grandmother's house...you in that electric blue 70s outfit with the white heels. Nice.

I'm not working at the temple tonight, so feel free to call anytime!

Oh, the memories! I'd have to say that Park City trips were my fave. Except for that time at H&M right after I graduated from college, and you were helping me pick out work clothes. And as I was trying on a pair of pants, I turned around to see if you and Bird thought they looked ok in the back. And you totally grabbed my butt with both hands, squeezed, and loudly asked where my butt was. That wasn't embarrassing or anything in a crowded, trendy fitting room...thanks, sister.

Oh and how about that time our arguing actually caused mom to pull the car over to the side of the road, get out, and walk to church. We are so smooth:)

You moved into the Oakland ward when I was in Utah but I remember Sara talking about you on the phone. When I moved back to Pittsburgh and saw you in Relief Society I thought you were so pretty! Plus, I was a little jealous that you and Sara were so tight and I was out of the loop! No hard feelings though! Before I really got to know you, shazaam you got married and were off!

One minute you're Jerry's little sister in a flowered dress with shoulder pads and doilies sewn around the neck, and the next minute you're MARRIED and have a kid and I specifically remember thinking, "Dude, does she have the most perfect eyebrows or what!!?!!" I mean, who has eyebrows like that? And when you posted pictures of your messy house, it was like someone speaking directly to my heart.

I vividly remember jumping around the house screaming for joy when Dad came home and said I finally had a sister. Then you turned into some kind of drama queen girly-girl who I just didn't understand. Why would a five year old want to play in my make-up? Shouldn't you have been out playing Hot Wheels in the dirt? Or climbing a tree? Or collecting worms in your pockets? Then overnight you wanted to pierce your left eyebrow and I was desperate to talk you out of it because of how badly you scar and I didn't want to see your pretty face messed up. Luckily Dad was holding the tuition card. And then there was that Christmas that you spent excitedly telling me all about some guy whose name I can't even remember, and six weeks (or maybe even five) later Mom called to tell me you were engaged. I said, "Oh, to What's-His-Bucket, right?" And she said, "No, his name is Chase." WTH??? Who in the heck is CHASE????? Apparently, he likes sushi and Thai food and Anna. I LOVED doing up your wedding and making your beaded headband and finding the "Anna" roses. And even though it was hard when you got pg before I did and I was still seeing doctors and such, thank heavens you did, because my kids got some dang cute cousins out of the deal. Now I just think you're a wickedly funny hot mama who turned out to be a pretty amazing friend but just happens to be my sister. Who knew???

I'm late in the game. Sorry!

My first memory of you was watching you in RS and thinking that you looked WAY better than me at 8 months pregnant! I also remember numerous conversations comiserating with each other about babues who don't sleep and how miserable nursing can be. I also remember being so jealous that your baby weight just melted off in weeks. I always loved your spunky personality and sense of humor.
