I ate a granola bar and a glass of milk last night...

...in lieu of nachos and ice cream, which is what I've eaten every night for the last five (at least) nights.

So, I think I can safely say that, even though I've only been to the gym twice since Christmas Eve, I'm about even now, right?

Right?

(crickets)

But seriously. I thought I was pretty awesome for that one.

And I'll totally go to the gym on Friday.

I think.

So do you combine the nachos with the ice cream or are they separate?

I can't stop eating HInt of LIme tostitos.

I just ate a pile of Cheetos and an enormous orange for lunch. So, if I am understanding your theory correctly, I can consider that a healthy meal?

Sweeeeeeeeet.

Also, do you make your own nachos? This is going to sound gross, but I really only like my nachos with the liquid cheese...

My "nachos" are taco chips with cheese sprinkled on and then I stick them under the broiler and eat them with salsa. SO. GOOD. Salsa and chips is a lifetime addiction. There's just no getting over it. Ice cream is served separately. Though...now I'm intrigued.

I'd say you got your dairy covered! And veggies- with your salsa. And fruit too- from the tomatoes. Bread from the chips. Meat? Where's the meat? You can work that in somewhere right?
Way to keep your diet so balanced!

I can't knock it off since Christmas, honestly. I think I'm back on track, and then 2 nights ago I waited for Boone to go to bed and then ate:

A bowl of cereal (it was Kashi, but still)

Two packets of maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal WITH ANOTHER 1/3 BROWN SUGAR.

And then I got really desperate and started eating Life Savers. Like freaking gross 5 flavor Life Savers.

My favorite thing about it is that I am hiding it from my husband, because THAT'S healthy, right?

Haven't you heard? The gym is highly overrated.

Mmmm...nachos are yummy. But, good for you for choosing the granola bar and milk...I probably would have gone with the nachos, though not when I'm pregnant. :) And, going to the gym while your pregnant...kudos that you've gone at all! Because when I'm pregnant, if I even so much as think of exercising, my body gets mad at me and does all sorts of beautiful things.
