Where, oh where has my husband gone?! It's 11:14 pm on April 28, and I'm sitting here alone waiting for Chase to come home. Busy season is still going strong for us. Last week was the worst. I came down with a nasty, nasty bug on Monday night that I'm still getting over. Of course it happened at the same time that Chase had three different audits to wrap up. He went in early and came home late every night last week (including SATURDAY!), he ran home during the second hour of church on Sunday to check in with his staff people, when he is home he has to continue working late into the night, and he's working this week even though he had originally scheduled to take Monday-Thursday off! Sigh. I feel badly for the poor guy. He feels so awful having to work these hours. I know it's good for his career and he's learning a lot. But wow, I can't wait for busy season to REALLY be over. Sara, don't you just miss PWC?

Yeah... we're still waiting. It hasn't been that bad until this week, but then again we were out of town last week. I just try to pretend that Chris is out of town, but it's still a big bummer. I'm sure it's harder with 3 times as many kids. Oh well, at least we knew what we were getting ourselves into, right? It does end eventually... right?

I am so so sorry! Hubbies working late hours is so hard but you are such a good sport. And I'm so sorry you were feeling awful - terrible timing! Hopefully Chase's hours will get better soon.

Fortunately Pax didn't have a bad 'busy season' It's already over for him. But i'm afraid in a few years it will turn into chase's situation !! eeek!

I get to join the no-husband crowd this week. The hardest is dinner/bedtime when I am already tired ready to end MY day!! Good luck, it will get better eventually!

Man.....I hate it when Ben is 15 minutes late getting home because I am usually ready to give the kids to him. You are a trooper. I have no clue about the struggles of an accountant wife but I do hate it when Ben goes out of town for several days. I hope it is over for you soon!!

Sorry Anna! If you ever need me to come help you put the kids to bed, please feel free to call. Oh, and thanks for the movie clip of "Twilight." It looks like it's going to be SO good!!! ps... we're over at the Rawlins(that's right, haven't been home since conference. Eric brought us a change of clothes) anyway, the Stars are playing, and it's in 2nd overtime of game six, and I don't think it's EVER going to end.
